Good Health and Wellness

I pray to my creator and savior, nurture personal relationships, exercise, and eat a healthy diet, though I cheat sometimes. Interestingly, I have listed them in order of importance, which is the reverse of what it was earlier in life.

What strategies do you use to maintain your health and well-being?

  1. I make sure I am in contact with friends for coffee or playing cards. I have an exercise program where I swim 72 lengths of a sport pool at least 4 days a week. I also play golf twice a week. I eat lots of fruit daily and keep the bread coming. Chicken of course. My weight has stayed the same for a couple of years although I recently lost 5 pounds.
